Refunds & Returns Policy

1. Overview

This Refunds & Returns Policy applies to donations made to CPCMG Cares through CPCMGCares.org (the “Site”) or through any online donation platform associated with CPCMG Cares.

CPCMG Cares is a nonprofit organization, and donations made through the Site are voluntary charitable contributions intended to support the organization’s mission and programs.

By submitting a donation through the Site, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of this Refunds & Returns Policy.

2. All Donations Are Final

All donations made to CPCMG Cares are final and non-refundable.

Because donations are immediately allocated toward supporting the charitable mission, operational costs, and programs of CPCMG Cares, the organization does not provide refunds or returns for donations once a transaction has been completed.

Donors are encouraged to carefully review donation amounts and payment details before submitting a contribution.

3. Exceptions

Although donations are generally non-refundable, CPCMG Cares may, in its sole and absolute discretion, review refund requests in limited circumstances such as:

  • A clear duplicate transaction

  • A demonstrable payment processing error

  • An unauthorized use of a payment method reported promptly by the payment holder

Approval of any refund request is not guaranteed and will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

CPCMG Cares reserves the right to deny refund requests for any reason permitted by law.

4. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

If a donor initiates a chargeback or payment dispute through a credit card company, bank, or payment processor:

  • CPCMG Cares reserves the right to provide transaction records and donor-submitted information to the payment processor to contest the dispute.

  • Fraudulent or bad-faith disputes may be reported to the relevant financial institutions or authorities where permitted by law.

Donors are encouraged to contact CPCMG Cares directly before initiating a payment dispute so that concerns may be addressed promptly.

5. Third-Party Payment Processors

Donations may be processed through third-party payment processors.

These processors may have their own policies regarding refunds, disputes, or transaction handling. CPCMG Cares does not control the policies or actions of these third-party services.

6. Transaction Errors

If you believe that a donation was made in error, you must contact CPCMG Cares as soon as possible after the transaction.

While CPCMG Cares cannot guarantee that a refund will be issued, the organization may review the situation to determine whether corrective action is appropriate.

7. Tax Considerations

Donations to CPCMG Cares may be considered charitable contributions for tax purposes if CPCMG Cares qualifies under applicable nonprofit regulations.

Donors are responsible for consulting their own tax advisors regarding the tax treatment of any donation.

CPCMG Cares does not provide tax advice.

8. Policy Changes

CPCMG Cares reserves the right to update or modify this Refunds & Returns Policy at any time without prior notice.

Changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
